Pedestrian hit by train in Moorhead

On August 1, 2019 at approximately 4:45 p.m. Moorhead Police along with the Moorhead Fire Department and FM Ambulance responded to the railroad crossing located near 1st Avenue and 11th Street North for a report of a pedestrian that had been hit by a train.  The male victim was transported to Sanford with unknown injuries. The Moorhead Police Department continues to investigate the incident and requests that if you have information regarding this incident to please call the Red River Dispatch Center at 701.451.7660.
