Construction Update: SE Main|20 St|21 St Underpass Project

New Traffic Impacts:
Railroad Bridge construction has now begun.
4 Ave S & 19 St by the Tastee Freez will be paved this week and open to normal traffic once paving is completed.
21 St between 1 Ave S & 2 Ave S by Casey’s Service Station is on schedule for a mid to late August completion before regular classes resume at Moorhead High School.
The intersection of 6 Ave S & 20 St should be completed by the end of August.
