Post Date:06/21/2019 12:11 am

On June 20, 2019 at 08:56 PM first responders from the Moorhead Police Department, Moorhead Fire Department, FM Ambulance and Valley Water Rescue responded to the 3100 block of Rivershore Drive South for a medical emergency. A female was yelling that her husband was in proximity to the river and possibly suffering from a medical emergency. Information provided to first responders regarding the male’s last known location was vague. Responders were unable to locate the male but narrowed an area to search for him. Valley Water Rescue provided a scent tracking canine and an aerial drone equipped with thermal imaging technology to assist in attempting to locate the male. After an extensive search and obtaining additional conflicting information about the male the search was called off. There was no information that led responders to believe the male entered the river.

No other additional information is available at this time.
