Moorhead Police Investigators have charged Alejandro Vasquez, age 23, no permanent address, with two felonies stemming from an incident on April 17, 2019. Officers were called to 1916 18 Ave S. for a disturbance. A female reported being chased by a male who had a gun and knife. Vasquez is suspected of displaying a facsimile firearm and stealing cash and drugs from the occupants of the apartment.  During this same incident Kevin Haas was taken into custody for a probation violation warrant after he attempted to elude police by jumping out of a third floor window.

During the investigation, Vasquez was identified and charged with the following:
Felony 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery
Felony 5th Degree Possession of Controlled Substance
