The Moorhead Police Department is asking the community for assistance in locating Morgan Cooley, age 16, who is reported as a missing person.  We have information to believe he is currently in the Fargo-Moorhead area.  Anyone who knows his whereabouts, or sees him, is asked to call the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701.451.7660.
