The Moorhead Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a runaway juvenile female.  Shelby Penner (15) left a residence in Moorhead on October 1st with a backpack of belongings and no cell phone.  It is believed she will be with friends or acquaintances.  If you know of Shelby's whereabouts, please contact the Moorhead Police supervisor at 701-451-7660.
