Identity of Man Killed by Train Released

The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office has positively identified the man involved in a train accident as 60 year old, Robert Louis Vilas, of Moorhead. Vilas was involved in a fatal train accident on Saturday, November 26, 2016, at approximately 0215 hours behind JC Chumley's in the 1600 block of Main Ave. The full autopsy report, including toxicology reports, will be completed at a later date.
